TIFFANY THALLAS
President/Co-founder

TIFFANY THALLAS is a registered nurse in the emergency room with over 12 years of experience in emergency medicine. She has worked in various emergency departments throughout the Denver Metro area. Tiffany served as a combat medic in the U.S. Army for 8 years and graduated with honors from the University of Phoenix, earning a Master’s degree in Nursing Education. Additionally, she currently teaches nursing students at a local community college in the Denver Metro area.

The Isabella Joy Thallas Foundation was established by Tiffany and her husband, Josh Thallas, who is Isabella's father. Josh conceptualized the foundation, and Tiffany brought that idea to life. Tiffany aimed to transform her pain, loss, and trauma into something that would honor her stepdaughter, Isabella. Establishing the foundation became a way to turn tragedy into triumph. The foundation was initially formed to help other victims of random acts of gun violence. However, Isabella had a passion for the arts, was incredibly photogenic, and, despite her small stature, knew how to command a runway. As a teenager, Tiffany also dabbled in modeling, making it a natural progression to channel Bella's passion for fashion and photography into something positive. Little did Tiffany know that, although she is now a nurse, she was helping create something profoundly impactful from such a tragic event. Together, Tiffany, Josh, and stepdaughter Lucia channeled Bella's love for the arts and redirected the foundation's mission to nurture opportunities for emerging talents in art, fashion, and photography. Join us in honoring Bella’s legacy of love and light by enhancing our community’s mental health through spontaneous acts of kindness.

Tiffany is the president and co-founder of the Isabella Joy Thallas Foundation, motivated by her desire to give back to those who have similar interests as Isabella.
